We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with in-depth expertise in Eagle PACE and data domain knowledge to join our team. This role is critical in a turnaround situation within a dynamic and evolving team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive data-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with a team undergoing significant transformation, bringing stability and structure to the current "team in red."
- Utilize in-depth experience with Eagle PACE to contribute to data solutions and improvements.
- Produce high-quality BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and other BA documentation.
- Contributing to our internally built offerings as we build a collection of best-in-class solutions
- Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
- Actively get involved in the new consulting community
Requirements
- Strong background in financial services or consulting, with hands-on experience in Eagle PACE.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the following data domains:
- Foreign Exchange (FX)
- Cash Management
- Benchmark Data
- Positions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams through change, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
- Minimum 7 years experience in a professional environment delivering business outcomes
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), particularly Charles River and Bloomberg AIM.
