Project Management Opportunity
Pierce Washington is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale Salesforce projects from inception to delivery, ensuring successful completion of project deliverables, cost, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute project work plans that meet changing needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and issue logs
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure open communication and collaboration
• Monitor project status and assess risk, adjusting project plans accordingly

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Salesforce industry
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities
