Job Description
Pierce Washington is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our growing Salesforce Practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Solution Architects, Consultants, and Developers to deliver successful projects.
Your responsibilities will include creating and executing project work plans, leading business analyst functions such as discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and documentation, and managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
You will also cultivate and manage highly functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project results, monitoring project status, and assessing risk.

Requirements
- 4 years of Salesforce experience in consulting capacity as Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Enterprise Salesforce CPQ projects
- Proven expertise in Agile SDLC project management theories, practices, and methods
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
- Able to pivot and adapt in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Visio, Jira, Confluence, Prodly, Copado, or similar tools desirable
- PMP certification preferred
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
