Pierce Flooring and Design Center, a reputable company with a century-long legacy in Montana, is hiring a dynamic individual to be our Store Manager in Missoula, Montana. This leadership position will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the store. Our store managers must be community-minded, connected to the construction and interior design industry, and must have a strong desire to lead, train and manage individuals to be industry leaders in the flooring and design industry.
Responsibilities
- Store Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Staff Management: Supervise, coach, train and mentor store staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our processes, procedures, products and sales techniques.
- Sales Monitoring: Must work closely with company leadership and store sales team to monitor and track sales activities, set sales goals, and report on store performance.
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of store's daily, monthly and annual performance.
- Marketing/Promotion: Implement merchandising strategies and promotional activities as outlined by leadership.
- Networking: Develop and maintain community connection with construction and design industry, attending important community events, continuously promoting Pierce design capabilities.
- Construction Project Management: Strong understanding of the processes required to complete jobs in the design industry.
- Trend Analysis: Stay current with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Compensation
- This position will have a base salary of $80,000-$90,000 DOE with additional opportunity to receive performance and profit bonuses.
