Pierce Flooring and Cabinet Design Center, a family-owned business with nearly a century of service in Montana, is seeking a dedicated In-House Journeyman Flooring Installer. As part of our team, you will work under the direction of our In-House Installation Director, performing a variety of flooring installations in both commercial and residential settings. We provide training in all aspects of flooring installation, making this an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Perform flooring installations, including carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl, luxury vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and ceramic.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs in a timely manner.
- Travel as required for out-of-town jobs, with potential for overnight stays.
- Adhere to all company standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- 7yrs Experience as a Journeyman/Lead flooring installer
- 3yrs of Leadership expereince
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality.
Compensation
Starting wage up to $30 per hour, with additional Production Bonuses available.
