Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers throughout the purchasing process
- Engaging in networking and community involvement to foster sales growth
- Accurately measuring job sites for flooring installations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing all their inquiries
- Attending all sales meetings and contributing to team strategies
- Managing and adhering to sample check-out procedures
- Collaborating with the manager to set and achieve monthly sales targets
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills for effective interactions
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using and reading a tape measure for accurate job site measurements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills for sales process and communication
Compensation
- The position offers a base guaranteed salary of $48,000 ($23.07 per hour).
- Additionally, this individual will receive a sales commission to go along with base wage.
