Responsibilities for Food Runner:
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of all food cooking times
- Ensure Kitchen Line Cooks have everything they need
- Keep kitchen stations clean and organized
- Assist the Grill Person by compiling dinners
- Communicate effectively and courteously with co-workers
- Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions
- Promote a team-oriented atmosphere by assisting co-workers
