Overview
We are seeking a full time and a part time farmhand for our upcoming season at Pieri Farm. We have 25 acres where we grow organic produce, a vineyard, and winery (no animals) which supply our CSA members, our restuants in Conshohocken, and multiple farmers markets. Our team is responsible for seeding, transplanting, growing, harvesting, washing/packing, and market sales of our fruits and vegetables. Ideal candidates have some produce farming experience, a solid work ethic, love being outdoors, working as a team, and solving problems. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available some weekend days for harvest or markets. We also harvest grapes and make wine on the property, and candidates can be cross trained in that area if desired.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the care of crops, ensuring proper pest control and weed management.
- Harvest, wash, and pack produce to fill wholesale orders, and for market sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient farm operations and productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in farming or agricultural roles is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and maintain equipment.
- Familiarity with farm machinery operation is essential.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
