Duties

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
• A keen interest in technology sales and business development is highly desirable.
