we are proud to say that we have partnered with AT&T and are hiring an Entry Level Management member to manage our sales and customer accounts within the Portland Area. As an Entry Level Management team member you will act as the main point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing insight and options to each potential new customer to ensure they are provided with all the equipped knowledge and tools to make the right decisions that fulfill all their needs.
Our management team believes in encouraging talent from the ground up and providing the tools, training, and education of services needed to excel in sales and customer service. Our goal is to develop our Entry Level Management members to have the privilege of being cross trained in a multitude of positions. We want our Entry Level Management members to develop their skills that will not only benefit their success but our customers' satisfaction as well. For the right Entry Level Management candidate, by starting off entry level and learning the ins and outs, this role will serve as a launchpad for future leadership and management roles within our firm. We pride ourselves on offering both the skills and platform to take on greater challenges and responsibilities as our clients rapidly expand into new markets.
Entry Level Management Responsibilities:
● Train directly with our management and sales team to gain extensive knowledge on products, services, promotional offerings, upgrades and more to be able to deliver to customers
● Build rapport with customers to create a sense of trust and solid fundamental customer relationships to access their current telecommunications and tech situation
● Handle customer information with care and confidentiality while creating accounts and preparing sales contracts
● Collaborate with Management to learn to train new team members to exceed sales and acquisition targets
● Participate in daily meetings that focus on enhancing skills in sales, customer service, and leadership
● Contribute fresh ideas to foster teamwork and achieve company goals
Entry Level Management Qualifications:
● Prior leadership or management experience is a plus but not required
● Experience in a customer service, sales, or related field previously
● Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and team members
● Reliable transportation with the ability to commute to our office
● A desire to grow, take on challenges, and step into leadership roles in the future

Pay: $50,404.00 - $52,835.00 per year
