- Support day-to-day operations in your assigned department (Estimating, Sales, Purchasing, Production).
- Take on entry-level tasks and gradually develop skills related to the position.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- A passion for learning and a desire to grow within the company.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree or ongoing education is a plus).
