Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Project Manager (PM) with pre-planning assigned jobs with a detailed schedule of all phases of the project.
- Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager in all material deliveries and project coordination.
- Play an essential role in the success of the projects by assisting PM.
- Lead by example to create mutual respect between employees, customers, and the community.
- Complete all submittals for assigned projects.
- Assist in processing billings and managing schedules of values.
- Successfully complete all change orders for PM approval.
- Perform administrative duties, scheduling, plan adherence, and budget management.
- Build effective working relationships with clients and all Pierre Team members and clients.
Skills & Competencies :
Proficiency in construction documentation and interpreting blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
Effective project scheduling and coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting project issues and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Strong oral and written communication skills, ethics, and integrity.
Leading by example, fostering teamwork, and holding teams accountable for project success.
