What You’ll Do:
As a Summer Intern, you’ll have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals across various roles, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of landscape construction, including:
- Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking the progress of landscape construction projects, working with teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Project Engineering: Support active projects by handling project documents, helping with submittals and change orders, and communicating with field crews, clients, and vendors.
- Estimating: Work with the estimating team to prepare cost estimates, material takeoffs, and review project plans.
- Field Operations: Gain exposure to the day-to-day activities on job sites, learning about safety, site coordination, equipment, and materials management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for landscape construction and an interest in gaining real-world experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or anyone eager to learn about the industry!)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
