Landscape Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and hardscaping, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Carry out snow plowing duties during winter months to keep properties accessible.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of snow plowing techniques is beneficial for seasonal work.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results in all landscaping tasks.

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
