Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Associate at Pierson Supply in Pierson, FL. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Warehouse Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, upload, label, store)
• Keep clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Accepting delivery of inventory
• Counting and confirming inventory
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets

Requirements & Skills:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Quick learner with attention to detail
• Action oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
• Work experience as general laborer, preferably in warehouse
• Candidates must pass a background check to be considered for this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
