RESPONSIBILITIES:
Busser Duties:
- Table Maintenance:
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables promptly and efficiently.
- Wipe down tables and chairs to maintain a clean dining environment.
- Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Dining Area Cleanliness:
- Sweep and mop floors as needed.
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including restrooms if needed.
- Support Staff:
- Assist servers with refilling water glasses and other non-alcoholic beverages.
- Bring additional utensils, napkins, or condiments to tables as requested.
- Help carry trays of food and drinks to tables when servers are busy.
- Stocking:
- Ensure that side stations are stocked with necessary supplies such as napkins, silverware, and condiments.
- Restock clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in the dining area.
Food Runner Duties:
- Order Delivery:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining tables quickly and accurately.
- Ensure that food is presented neatly and that orders are complete.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff about any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Guest Interaction:
- Provide a friendly and welcoming demeanor when delivering food.
