POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Unit Controller will maximize return on financial assets and mitigate financial and regulatory risk by establishing and maintaining robust financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems for the APTP business unit (2 US sites and 1 international site). Ensure company accounting procedures conform to U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“U.S. GAAP”), Amphenol Policy and Procedures, and all financial reporting is completed on an accurate and timely basis. Serves as a contributing member of the Senior Leadership Team and participate in the decision-making process concerning the direction and future growth of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience / Background
Bachelor of Science in accounting or business administration.
- CPA or MBA Preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a progressively responsible financial and management accounting position.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller in a manufacturing company.
- Extensive knowledge of business and finance principles and practices.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Travel up to 25% of the time within the U.S and internationally.
