The Medical Division Associate Territory Manager is a unique blend of sales, customer service, and training. The ideal candidate for the position will have an innate drive for sales success combined with a passion for customer service.

In addition, the candidate should have the ability to demonstrate equipment, service, and train hospital / operating room staff, understand all clinical aspects of the device and all clinical applications, and build and maintain professional relationships. The Associate Territory Manager will work closely with experienced sales representatives and managers to build sales acumen, product knowledge, and OR selling styles and techniques.
Responsibilities :
- Assist Territory Manager in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers.
- Assist in the achievement of established sales goals including market penetration objectives in assigned territory.
- Practice a focused commitment to customer satisfaction and retention through clinical support, troubleshooting, performing product in-services, and ensuring that clients meet their clinical and economical goals of Piezosurgery Medical product utilization.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to demonstrate the clinical value of our products and assist in the execution of product evaluations in the operating room.
- Develop and execute a local market strategy to maximize productivity.
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key surgeons and hospital staff at all accounts.
- Provide customer support in the operating room on a scheduled and on-call basis sales representative and sales management team to exceed goals
- Provide on-site training on installation, cleaning, and sterilization instructions for equipment purchased by new and existing customers.
- Promptly manage logistical details to maintain proper trunk inventory, track customer order arrivals, and ensure that demo / trial equipment arrives at its destination securely and in a timely manner.
- Support regional and national sales tactics and helps with marketing campaign execution to drive business results in the field.
- Attend trade shows, cadaver labs and regional events as needed throughout the year.
