Right now, we’re on the hunt for (AM &PM) Kitchen Leads who can help us bring it all together on the line—and beyond.

️ Daily Responsibilities:

• Prep and cook like a pro during Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service
• Ensure every dish looks and tastes amazing
• Support inventory, cleanliness, and team training
• Work side-by-side with owners to create and cost out new menu items
• Make smart moves to reduce waste and keep food costs in check
• Manage the line, direct the flow, and solve problems on the fly
