We are seeking talented and enthusiastic High Performing Sales Associates to join our team at the Pigeon Forge Gem Mine. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting guests with identification of gems and minerals, and selling merchandise and customized jewelry experiences.

Key Duties and Requirements of the Role Include:

 Greeting customers as they arrive at the gem mine and providing information

about our products and services.

 Ensuring that the gem mine is always clean and well-maintained.

 Assisting with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.

 Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly

and courteously.

As a gem mine sales associate, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in helping guests create lasting memories. To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong desire to be an integral part of the gem mine team, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to sell additional merchandise to guests. Sales experience is preferred, but not required.

You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and have a passion for having fun!

Requirements for the role include:

 Minimum age of 18 years old.

 Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

 Ability to tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment.

 Ability to learn and follow direction
