We are looking for a talented individual for this position who has the skills necessary to be able to provide excellent customer service; prepare baked goods in large ovens; operate and clean mixers, scales, and other equipment; train associates; read recipes; and keep a clean work area at all times.
Qualified applicants for this position:
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service to customers and fellow employees at all times.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team setting.
- Must be organized and have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task and assist customers while completing necessary duties within the bakery.
- Must be able to read and follow both written and verbal instructions from the Bakery Manager and other store management.
- Must demonstrate efficiency and delicacy with potentially hazardous equipment (mixers, slicers, ovens, etc.).
This position is full-time or part-time with comparable pay.
