Effectively and efficiently assists Department manager with operations to achieve established sales, marketing and profit goals. Promotes and maintains positive customer and employee relations.
Reporting directly to the Produce Manager, is responsible for assisting the Produce Manager with department operations and assigned personnel. Provides day-to-day coordination/direction over Produce Associates. Assists in direct performance of duties and responsibilities of Produce Personnel on a day-to-day basis.
