Receive Shipments: Accept and inspect incoming shipments of beauty products, hair tools, and salon equipment, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and match the purchase orders.
Verify Inventory: Check inventory levels and ensure accuracy of products received against documentation, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
Organize Stock: Properly store and organize stock in the warehouse, ensuring that items are easily accessible and that inventory is kept in optimal condition.
Labeling and Stock Rotation: Label products and rotate stock to prevent expired or outdated items from being used.
Prepare Orders: Pick, pack, and organize orders for distribution to clients, salons, or other locations in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
Inventory Management: Assist in regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
