We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles that enhance our clients' appearance and confidence while also contributing to a positive salon environment.
Duties
- Provide high-quality hair cutting and styling services to clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns.
Skills
- Proficient in hair threading, makeup application, barbering, and hair extensions techniques.
- Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hairstyling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling salon products effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration.
- Ability to mentor others, providing guidance and support in skill development.
