We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Terminal Care Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients and their families to provide supportive care and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Respond to patient and family needs after business hours, holidays, and weekends
Requirements:
- Current California RN license
- Current Basic Life Support Card
- Valid California Driver's license and automobile insurance
- Public Health Nurse and Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse preferred
- A minimum of 1-year experience as a professional nurse, Medicare Certified Hospice experience preferred
Benefits and Compensation:
Competitive salary range: $48.50-$78.56 per hour

Shift differential: $7.00 per hour
