What are the responsibilities and job description for the PBX Operator, FT Days including Weekends position at PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital?
The PBX Telephone Operator is responsible for routing, screening, providing information to callers and calling hospital codes. The Operator also must be able to work in a fast pace environment handling numerous callers during peak periods. Must be a team player willing to work different shifts and weekends as needed by the hospital.
