The Case Management Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the Nurse Case Manager with coordinating care for members and works in an outpatient healthcare setting.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Able to communicate daily on a highly professional level with staff, physicians and patients.
- High level of phone skills demonstrating courtesy and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills, problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Able to prioritize and delegate appropriately.
- Knowledge of ICD-9, CPT and HCPCS coding.
Required:
- High School graduate
- A minimum of two years' experience in an outpatient healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Spanish speaking
