Job Description
We are seeking a skilled nursing care provider to administer specialized care for patients with ostomies in a home health and hospice setting. This role requires clinical competence, effective communication, and experience in acute care, ideally in home health.
The CWOC RN will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans and educate patients and families about wound and skin care.
- Clinical competence, including demonstrable skills in the establishment of peripheral intravenous lines and administration of intravenous therapies.
- Expertise in the nursing process to develop an individualized patient plan of care.
