The RN Clinical Educator works under the supervision of the Director of Education to orient, educate, and train Home Health and Hospice Staff in accordance with standards, regulations, and best practice, using a variety of teaching methods. The Clinical Educator assists new and current staff in developing role clarity, professional role confidence, and proficiency. Operates as a change agent in the practice and learning environment, and assists with staff and unit development.
