Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet spaces according to event requirements, ensuring attention to detail and consistency.
- Provide top-tier service to guests during events, maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the banquet and kitchen staff to ensure smooth event execution.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, while adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in post-event breakdown and clean-up, returning the venue to its original state.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, always maintaining a guest-focused approach.
