As a server, you will be responsible for providing guests with a distinctive dining experience by delivering the highest service levels and guiding them through our menus. You will also be expected to make food and beverage recommendations that meet or exceed guest expectations while taking accurate orders. Providing friendly and attentive service that builds the guest's intent to return is crucial to the role's success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• To maximize sales, it is important to have extensive knowledge about all the food and beverage offerings. This will help in recommending and upselling items to the customers. It is crucial to keep menu knowledge up-to-date to communicate effectively with guests regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens. It is important to follow all the Steps of Service and brand standards while creating a hospitable, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests.
• It is necessary to follow all federal, state, and city laws and ordinances concerning handling and responsibly selling alcoholic beverages. Proper handling of cash, credit cards, and end-of-shift reporting is essential. All alcohol should be served in proper containers and adhere to all pricing. Similarly, all food should be served in proper containers and adhere to all pricing.
• A clean and organized workspace is crucial, including side stations, floors, shelves, and all storage areas. Ensuring work areas are properly stocked for effective and timely service is also important. Maintaining a well-groomed, professional, and polished appearance is necessary.
• Keeping working knowledge of the Company's brand and culture is important. Ensuring all spaces are set according to floor plans is also necessary. Lastly, performing other related duties as assigned by the Leadership team is required.
