JOB SUMMARY The Site Administrator will manage day-to-day operations by utilizing the Adventures program and platforms to support the Employee Checkout Program at the Wyoming, MN site. This position will have responsibility for ensuring policy, program, and safety compliance by all employees who choose to participate in the program. In addition, this position will provide support to all Polaris Owned Vehicles Employee Programs at the Wyoming, MN facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for managing the Employee Experience Programs at this facility following the Adventures program; Responsible for staying current with HR EEP policies and Adventures processes and programs. Support and lead day-to-day operations, including managing reservations and vehicle check-out and check-in through the ARRIVAL app. Ensure program and overall safety compliance by giving a safety overview, ensure Employee is comfortable operating the unit, confirm Employee has completed all necessary training, completed waiver, and ensure Employee leaves with, and wears proper safety gear. Responsible for documenting and assessing all returned vehicles for damages. Follow the Damage Waiver and Incident Reporting Processes if damage is found. Maintain fleet by scheduling regular vehicle maintenance, repairs, recalls, and documenting all work through the ARRIVAL app. Responsible for the Employee Wholegoods purchase program at this facility by monitoring/tracking orders and collecting payment. Stay current and aligned with Employee Wholegoods program updates. Understand the POU sales process including; warranty, recalls/internal quality holds and sales tax. Coordinate the distribution of manufacturer plates and registration stickers as needed and per policy. Build and maintain strong relationships with Polaris dealer(s) for the Wyoming facility. Support additional projects as needed for the POU team Strong ability to collaborate with Human Resources, understand and stay current with HR policies. Ability to temporarily operate/train other Employee Checkout locations to accommodate vacation schedules, leaves of absence, etc. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE High school degree is required Bachelor’s degree is preferred Proven ability to utilize various operating systems such as Order Management, ERP, etc.; preferred experience with AS400 Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain confidential information Strong customer focus and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate both in person and virtually Must be able to negotiate challenges, remove barriers, and work through issues Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stand their ground in verbal communications All required riding and safety certifications for all products at this facility Must be able to perform basic vehicle inspection, including fluids, tire pressure, etc. MSD Silver-level certification strongly recommended Must be able to work autonomously and independently with minimal direction in off-hour environments WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for an office environment Ability to stand/walk for lengthy periods of time Must be able to operate outside for extended periods of time (all weather conditions, 4 seasons) Hours scheduled to accommodate end of week late evening vehicle checkouts, and early in the week morning vehicle check-ins Hybrid options available (mid-week and seasonally dependent) #LI-KT1 #LI-hybrid We are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE.
