Pikasso Swig parties have become the talk of the town and we are looking for a Party Specialist who can help plan, organize and dream up parties and events with out littlest crafters! Pikasso Swig is a DIY “Do It Yourself” Studio where guests can create dozens of projects from leather to watercolor, all while enjoying our food and specialty drink offerings. We are a fast paced establishment with many unique classes and events including LIVE Music Nights, Bachelorette Parties, Corporate Events & More!

Part of what makes us unique is our custom Children’s Parties. See, we do not have any cookie cutter options here. We give the power to the kiddos and let them choose EVERYTHING! Yup, that means, we could be helping create a unicorn cat party one day, or an outerspace zombie squishmallow party the next. Every event we do a Pikasso Swig is one of a kind and a party specialist would help to create and dream up the details.

Ideally, candidates would be organized, creative, high energy, positive and love working with children of all ages. Party Specialists would help to establish themes for events and narrow down or suggest craft choices. Patience is key as candidates will need to provide support and encouragement to guests of various art abilities and backgrounds. Party Specialists would also be in charge of decorating and organizing day of festivities, making magic for our guests of honor.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering party inquiries
• Managing birthday party calendar
• Organizing/Decorating party space
• Ordering/Serving food & dessert
• Stuffing Gift Bags/Preparing Games
• Engaging and exciting guests (keeping the vibe high!)
• Working and helping clients create projects
• Assisting and providing direction and tips

• Bringing a sense of liveliness to events
• Gathering materials/Setting up crafts

Requirements Include:

• Previous experience working with children
• (encouraged but not required)

• Love of Arts & Crafts
• Upbeat, Friendly Attitude
• Eager To Learn/team player
• Available Weekends
• Access To Phone/Email Communication
• Background Check Required

Availability:

• Part Time
• Saturday-Sunday
• Flexible Schedule

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
