Required Qualifications:
- Experience in electrical transmission system construction, maintenance, or repair, preferably with 8 years of service
- Strong background in leadership, including employee supervision and team management
- Advanced knowledge of electrical transmission systems principles and practices
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and excellent driving record
- Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines
