Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise line crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical overhead distribution systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with foremen to plan and coordinate crew activities.
- Conduct pre-job and tailgate briefings to ensure crew readiness.
Requirements:
- 5-year minimum of recent field experience as a Lineman or related role.
- Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Valid driver's license required; Commercial Driver's License preferred.
- Able to work for extended periods in various locations and travel long distances on short notice.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently works at heights and in confined spaces.
- Lifts in excess of 50 lbs.
