About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Electrical Foreman, overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical transmission lines. As part of our experienced workforce, you will be responsible for safely guiding your team through complex tasks, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
Main Tasks:
- Safely manage and direct crews working on energized and de-energized electrical transmission lines
- Closely monitor progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with utility companies, fostering open communication and cooperation
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and conferences to stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements
- Monitor equipment and tool condition, maintaining them to optimal performance levels
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical transmission system construction, maintenance, or repair
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently, possibly overnight
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
