Pike County Transportation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is central to the smooth functioning of our transportation programs, including the Medical Assistance Transportation Program and Shared Ride Programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, both in-person and over the phone.
- Manage scheduling for transportation services and assist with dispatching as needed.
- Maintain accurate tracking of reporting deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Handle document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality control.
- Assist in creating invoices and reports to support departmental operations.
- Provide backup support for scheduling and dispatch when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a professional office setting.
- At least one year of experience in Human Services.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and internet applications.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.
