Plant Foreperson - Plants and Asphalt (Swanton, VT)
What you can expect
- $25.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential Annual increase potential
- Annual increase potential
- OT after 8
- Paid Time Off
- $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited
What you will do
- Coordinate asphalt plant activity
- Communicate daily workload.
- Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate and plant start up
- Supervise team
- Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills
- Must possess a working knowledge and understanding of Mine, Safety, Health, Regulations
