Sales Representative:
What you will do:
- Sales of aggregate and Hot Mix Asphalt
- Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment!
- Create and develop long-standing relationships with our customers.
- Understand and Utilize market intel to make decisions.
- Produce job quotes to your customer base.
- Schedule customer sales at asphalt and aggregate facilities.
- Analyze sales data and reports monthly.
- Review project specifications to ensure product compliance.
- Collaborate with other lines of business to provide the best customer experience.
- Community engagement and trade association participation.
- Spend your time at various locations throughout the day!
What you can expect:
- Starting salary of $75,000 annually (or more based on experience).
- Yearly performance-based bonus potential.
- Relocation assistance available.
