Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate/Dealer Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and negotiating contracts with potential dealers for the Bale Band-It™ and the HD Twin 40 baler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential dealers for our agricultural equipment products.
- Present and promote our products to potential dealers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiate and finalize dealership agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing ongoing support and assistance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between dealers and the company, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the dealership network.
- Represent Pike at agricultural equipment shows in collaboration with dealers, engineers, and company management.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and customers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Knowledge:
- At least five years of experience in sales, preferably in large equipment or other capital expense/high ticket items.
- Understanding of agricultural equipment and its market.
Ability to Implement:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Competitive pay starting at $65K, depending on experience, with eligibility for a bonus after one year.
