Pike's Electrical is a family owned and operated company that has been around for 35 years. We are headquartered in Wildwood and we service the Villages residential community and surrounding residences in Sumter, Lake and Marion counties. Pike's Electric is a member of Florida Electricians Association, Inc. and a sponsor for the FEA Tri-County Apprenticeship Program.
We are looking to add an HR Assistant to our Team!
Job summary : The HR Assistant will be providing administrative support to the Human Resources department by managing employee records, data entry, assisting with recruitment, onboarding new hires, answering employee questions regarding benefits, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, requiring strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.

Pay : $22.00 / Hr. to $25.00 / Hr. - Depending on Experience
Hours : Monday - Friday (8 : 00am-5 : 00pm)
