What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant-Contract Compliance position at Pike?
Position Summary : As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our Legal and Risk Department by specifically aiding our subcontractor compliance team. The assistant will be responsible for a myriad of task to include, but not limited to, maintaining databases, providing purchase orders, and supporting various administrative projects.
Essential Functions :
- Input purchase orders and agreements into Quickbase.
- Maintain Subcontractor compliance into third-party risk management platform- Avetta.
- Manage network database for all certificates of insurance and agreements.
- Support legal and risk management leadership with administrative projects.
- Assist in the maintenance and creation of ad hoc reports.
- Ability to organize, plan, and communicate effectively.
