What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Pikemann LLC?
Pikemann is looking for a Field Service Technician who can provide technical support to our customers and ensure the quality and performance of our equipment. You will report to the Manager, Service and Production, and work with both internal and external teams.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for :
- Installing and maintaining complex equipment at customer sites or at our HQ in Baltimore.
- Using hand tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical and electrical prints to build and test machinery.
- Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone or on-site, using your mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge.
- Diagnosing and repairing systems, including PLC programming and servomotor control.

Compensation : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
