What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Manager position at Pikemann LLC?
Pikemann is looking for a Payroll Manager who can oversee all aspects of payroll and compliance. The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to plan and execute payroll activities in a complex multi-state environment and to work with HR business partners and employees to implement and support compensation and benefit-related programs across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Manage payroll process for all customer companies, plan and update payroll initiatives and processes, support and coach HR team members with payroll responsibilities
- Coordinate with Benefits Manager on the structure and processes for company worker's compensation programs
- Perform periodic audits on payroll and compensation practices to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.
- Lead the review and compilation of payroll data and timekeeping systems data from employees, managers, timecards, and records.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax fillings for federal and state entities.
