- Analyzing marketing programs
- Developing tactics to meet changing competitive conditions
- Personally interacting with customers
- Supervising gaming hosts
- Working towards the optimization of team strategy for growing active game players.
- Establishing and aligning key performance indicators
- Ensuring seamless campaign execution for bookings and onboard activities
- Supporting and enhancing the acquisition of new casino players
- Collaborating with the Global Casino Marketing team to develop and implement revenue optimizing initiatives
- Developing, deploying, and reporting on strategic marketing initiatives
- Managing tactical marketing initiatives to drive success in the casino onboard business.
- Hiring, training, and supervising casino staff
- Developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies
- Attracting new customers and retaining existing ones through loyalty programs and special events.
- Developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Managing casino marketing, special events, promotions, rewards club, and player development.
Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
