Responsibilities:
- Providing management oversight to ensure the accuracy and integrity of business office operations including accounts payable and receivable functions, purchasing, cashiering, disbursement, financial reporting, and grants administration and reporting.
- Communicating, leading, and improving budget/strategic planning processes.
- Monthly close analysis to ensure proper accruals/expenses.
- Providing financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
- Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
- Evaluating the financial performance of the organization and measuring returns on investments.
- Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
- Managing a team of finance professionals and working closely with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.
- Working closely with senior management for budgeting and forecasting as well as annual planning.
- Identifying and executing on opportunities for improvement.
- Synthesizing financial impacts on the business and providing business analytics to drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth.
- Being accountable for accurate and on-time reporting including forecasting
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
