Our non-profit client needs a Senior Staff Accountant immediately, as they have a large amount of work to complete and have several team members out of office. Help, please!
Reporting to the Director of Finance/Assistant Controller, the Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for a variety of accounting functions. The Senior Staff Accountant will work closely with the VP of Finance/Controller, Director of Finance/Assistant Controller, Program Directors, and Managers to provide financial support to operations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting
- Capital Campaign project management experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with all levels of management.
- Nonprofit accounting experience preferred but not required.
- Must be an advanced Microsoft Excel and be able to demonstrate that knowledge.
- Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience working with governmental contracts preferred.
Salary : $40 - $50
