This prominent organization is looking for a Project Manager, proficient in Workday to join their team. This is a long term contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a liaison with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Partnership Resources, IT teams, and other groups on matters pertaining to HR systems
- Acts as the liaison among the stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business requirements regarding the Workday system
- Supports HR technology efforts involving Workday HCMS
- Assists the Payroll Manager in supporting the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking systems
- Develops and runs more complex queries and reports
- Conducts ongoing audit and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, correct pay and tax practices
- Performs testing for software upgrades and other pay practice changes
- Ensures the system is set up to support compliance with company policy, contract requirements, and federal and state payroll regulations
- Stays current with changes in the law
- Will serve as a back up to Payroll staff
