Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Lead Technician Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, focusing on water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. This role requires a hands-on approach to restore properties to their pre-damage condition using various hand and power tools. The Restoration Lead Technician Supervisor will work closely with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to clean, restore, and rebuild affected areas in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
- Conduct mold remediation procedures to ensure safe and thorough removal of mold from affected areas.
- Execute carpet cleaning services as part of the restoration process.
- Assess damage and determine appropriate restoration methods for each unique situation.
- Follow safety protocols during asbestos abatement processes to protect yourself and others on-site.
- Train Technicians in all areas of Restoration, Mold, Biohazard, Water Damage Mitigation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all restoration projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the restoration process, timelines, and any necessary follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is mandatory; additional training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques, mold remediation practices, and carpet cleaning methods is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- A valid driver's license required for transportation to job sites.
- Company Vehicle provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
