We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
-Position will require general book keeping duties.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage email correspondence and handle inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in customer support or related roles
- Familiarity with Google Suite for email, calendar, and document management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various personalities professionally
- Experience in front desk operations or office management is advantageous.
